1.6 COMPLIANCE WITH LAW:

UASL complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations and certain disclosures have been made set forth in this privacy policy as accordance with General Data Regulation Protection (GDPR). UASL may be compelled to surrender personal user or customer information to India or other legal competent authorities anywhere in the world without express user consent, if presented with a court subpoena or similar legal order, or as required or permitted by the laws, rules and regulations of any nation, state or other applicable jurisdiction. Also, in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of use of this Site or a violation of any restrictions on use of materials provided in or through this Site, we may disclose personal user information to our affected business partners or legal authorities.

UNIDOW NetShop is an online subscription sale service of UNIDOW & Company, allow our clients to purchase subscription and non-subscription based services in India and select overseas locations. There are several sphere which will be discussed in this policy document for you to ensure you know your claims and rights in case something occurred otherwise than planned. We have covered policies with respect to Nature of Services we are selling online, claims of all included features or supplementary features we made on this website, payment methods, refund policies and other important policies as and when they occur or we experience from our clients. Following sections explain the Payment Terms and Policy, Order Fulfilment, Order Processing, Order Cancellation, Refund Policy.

UNIDOW NetShop

UNIDOW NetShop is a medium of selling services which are packaged for clients or subscribers by UNIDOW & Company and not rendering any services. All post-sale related support is undertaken by UNIDOW & Company and its affiliate UNIDOW Advisory Services LLP. UNIDOW NetShop is designed to allow our clients to make purchases instantly from our e-commerce website with a lot of payment options. We ensure your purchase details and payment information is confidential and for that matter we are using the industry leading encryption methods to protect the privacy of our clients.

Billing Process

UNIDOW NetShop manages the confirmed orders for final processing and passes on the information for fulfilment to applicable department or team at UNIDOW & Company. The billing team of UNIDOW decides which billing entity should bill the invoice and accordingly it generates the Digitally Signed Tax Invoice. In this overall process, we ensure your invoice is sent to your registered email within two working days. However, in certain rare events, the tax invoice might get delivered after two working days but we ensure it is not delayed by a week from the date of payment. The benefit of applicable consumption taxes or withholding taxes shall be provided to clients before or after making payment.

Payment Methods

You can pay for subscriptions through Credit Card, Debit Card on the network of Master Card, Visa and American Express; Internet Banking, UPI, or Payment Wallets. You can generate Proforma Invoice for your Finance Department for making payment through Purchase Order process. Under all circumstances, our payments are due immediately and nevertheless, we provide services only after the payment is realised in our bank account. TDS u.s 94C at 2% is applicable on UI PLUS and UI STANDARD and TDS u.s 94J at 10% is applicable on VMW Analytic Standard and VMW Analytic Premium Database subscription.

Order Cancellation and Refund

Order once placed and confirmed can be cancelled within two hours for orders placed between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays or anytime during weekends or holidays and after working hours without any penalty. Cancellation of order after two hours or before it is fulfilled are considered on case-to-case basis and will be subject to deductions which will be communicated at the time of cancellation. Refunds against such orders are processed in 7-10 working days directly in the payment mode through which subscription charges were made. Please note, under no circumstances, an order cannot be cancelled once it is fulfilled or completed. NO REFUND SHALL BE PROCESSED FOR FULFILLED/COMPLETED ORDERS. However, subscription can be cancelled anytime during the period to avoid recurring charges being made on the payment method provided by you during the sign-up process.
